Raw Chocolate Flapjacks


1 cup/90g porridge oats

1 cup/90g whole rolled oats

1/4 cup/40g hemp seeds 

4 tbsp cacao powder

100g cacao butter, melted

4 tbsp coconut sugar

5 tbsp brown rice syrup 



100g raw coconut chocolate - or your favourite chocolate

1 pack Salted Chocolate Coconut Curls 



Mix all the base ingredients together well and press into a small, lined baking tray. 

Melt the chocolate and pour on top, then sprinkle over the coconut curls. Put in the fridge to set. When firm remove from the pan and cut into squares.
