Not a morning person? This porridge topped with our Lightly Salted Coconut Curls will get you ready and raring to go in the morning! 

Ingredients

Porridge oats
Milk of your choice - it tastes great with almond milk! 
Almond butter
Lightly Salted Coconut Curls 
Blueberries

Method

  1. Heat the porridge in a pan with the milk of your choice
  2. Meanwhile, heat the blueberries in a pan or in the microwave with a little bit of water until they begin to lose their shape
  3. Once the porridge is at the consistency you enjoy it, pour it into a bowl and stir through the blueberries, creating a beautiful marbled effect
  4. Top with almond butter and the Lightly Salted Coconut Curls for some texture
