Serves 2 (or 1 very hungry person!)
1/2 cup/45g oats
1/4 cup/40g chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 mashed banana
1 cup/235ml hemp milk
1/4 cup/60ml Lingonberry paste or another the equivalent of your favourite fruit.
Simply mix all the ingredients together and leave to stand for a bit so the chia seeds can soak up the milk. I added figs, muscat grapes, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts and Salted Chocolate Coconut Curls.
You can store any extra in a jar in the fridge and this is an excellent recipe to prepare the night before to grab-and-go in the morning!
